I think that work should be re...That is very true. I think that work should be rewarded on the quality of the work instead of the quantity. Schoolwork is a very good example because grades are the biggest incentive to get things done. However, sad to say, the school systems has shaped it in a way that only makes it seem like if you get school work done, you will get the A. Sometimes those who don't do as much work but produce great quality work are punished for it.
